At Helical Pier Systems manufacturing facilities there is a solid external focus on providing our customers a positive experience that leads to repeat business and referrals. Both our manufacturing facilities are recognized by the Canadian Welding Bureau as Division 2 facilities, we maintain this designation through a combination of education and on the job training as well as industry audits.

The Lamont facility was purpose built in 2006 for the manufacture of helical screw piles, utilizing CNC plasma cutting equipment we are able to accurately produce cuts on a repeatable basis and allowing us to be responsive to customers’ specifications.

HPS facilities operate with dedicated professional employees that demonstrate a passion for our business. Our employees take pride in the products we manufacture and coming from diverse backgrounds creates a breadth of knowledge that enables us to quickly develop customer solutions.

Our manufacturing Quality Management System (QMS) starts with the receiving of raw feedstock – predominantly pipe and plate from major leaders in the steel industry. Our suppliers have a wealth of knowledge and expertise that we are able to leverage to assist us in providing quality products that satisfy the various needs of our customers.  Product quality training and monitoring are critical throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that we do the right things, right the first time reducing wasted material and resources.

As one of our value added services we are able to provide customers with traceability and product accounting for our manufactured products.
